License Grants
WeddingReportsME.com grants you a limited license to use the Service, solely for your own internal business or personal purposes subject to the terms of this Agreement. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you grants to WeddingReportsME.com the non-exclusive, worldwide, right to use, copy, store, transmit and display your Customer Data solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service as intended. You shall not (i) license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise make available to any third party the Service or the Content, (ii) modify or make derivative works based upon the WeddingReportsME.com technology or the Content; (iii) commercially exploit the Service or the Content in any way, or (iv) create Internet "links" to the Service or "frame" or "mirror" any Content contained in, or accessible from, the Service on any other server, wireless or Internet-based device without obtaining written permission. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by WeddingReportsME.com and its licensors.

Restrictions

You're Account
You are responsible for any and all activities that occur under your user account(s) and shall abide by all applicable local, state, national and foreign laws, treaties and regulations in connection with use of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account(s) and password(s) and for restricting access to your computer.

Wedding/Engagement Announcements
WeddingReports can announce your wedding and engagement on our website when you sign up. WeddingReports will also distribute users wedding information to selected third parties.

Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content
Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; send communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You grant WeddingReportsME.com and its affiliates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify WeddingReportsME.com or its affiliates for all claims resulting from content you supply. Modification to Terms
WeddingReportsME.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement or its policies relating to the Service at any time and shall notify Customer by posting an updated version of this Agreement on the Service. Customer is responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute Customer's consent to such changes.

General
With respect to U.S. Customers, this Agreement shall be governed by Connecticut law and controlling United States federal law, without regard to the choice or conflicts of law provisions of any jurisdiction, and any disputes, actions, claims or causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Stamford, CT. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the invalid or unenforceable provision(s), with all other provisions remaining in full force and effect. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between Customer and WeddingReportsME.com as a result of this agreement or use of the Service. The failure of WeddingReportsME.com to enforce any right or provision in this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by WeddingReportsME.com in writing. This Agreement, together with any applicable Order Form, comprises the entire agreement between Customer and WeddingReportsME.com and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions or agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein.
