Very Rude

First I will say the seamstress was fantastic. The girls who ran the store were horrid. I ordered shoes over a month before my wedding and was told they would take a week. I called in a week I was told they would be another week. I called the 2nd week and I was told by my fitting saturday. On saturday I was told the next week the third week I was very rudely told that they would call me when they were in but they would be there by the next friday. On friday they still were not in and I asked for a refund. I was told that all sales were final. I told her I didn't have a product and should be able to get a refund. She told me she didn't know why I was so upset. I told her it was 8 days until my wedding I had no shoes and needed time to break them in. She told me they would be there the wednesday before my wedding and that I would have all week to break them in, Wednesday to Saturday is not a week. and I could have bought another pair of shoes for less money somewhere else. I would only recommend going to the seamstress.
