| I was sent to PCP bridal by recommendation from a coworker. I too was greeted by probably the most abrupt, rude person I have encountered. Not only was she rude, but she REFUSED to take my wedding dress in when it was 2 sizes too large, stating that it was not supposed to fit "tight" (i have lost weight since the purchase of my gown). When I tried the dress on with the alterations that Marcia said she would do, the dress was so big still that it wouldn't even stay up. When I showed her this by slightly lifting my arms and the dress fell to expose my chest, she responded by saying that I was wearing a low cut strapless dress and I wouldn't be able to lift my arms because of that. Needless to say I decided to take my dress elsewhere. When my mother picked up the dress from this woman, she was greeted by the dress being shoved out the door in her face and the door slammed. On top of it all, she actually owed me money for work not done that I had paid for in advance, but she refused to reimburse me. I would not recommend this woman to anyone. Not only is she rude, but irrational and bottomline incompetent. |
